Domanite is a non-systemic insecticide belonging to the Pyrethroid
group, formulated as an emulsifiable concentrate (EC).
**Mode of Action:**
Beta-cyfluthrin, the active ingredient in Domanite, acts through contact
and stomach poison. It lacks systemic properties and does not penetrate plant
tissues. It affects the insect's nervous system by closing sodium channels in
nerve cells, preventing the transmission of nerve impulses and leading to the
death of insects.
Domanite is a foliar insecticide with high permeability and immediate
and lasting lethal effects. It has a broad spectrum for controlling various
piercing-sucking insects (mites, leafhoppers, thrips, whiteflies) and
ground-dwelling insects through a toxic bait mechanism.
**Recommendations:**
- Use in all stages of plant growth at a rate of 250 cm³ per acre.
