Sniper Alamia 35.5% SC
- Imidacloprid, the active
ingredient in Sniper, acts systemically through contact and ingestion. It
interferes with the transmission of nerve impulses in insects.
- It stimulates specific nerve
cells that work on protein receptors and is similar to acetylcholine nicotine
receptors.
Sniper is an insecticide from the
Chloronicotinyl group (derived from neonicotinoids).
It possesses high systemic
properties and has a broad spectrum for controlling various insects with
effective and extended impact at lower doses.
Sniper acts through contact and
ingestion, with a mode of action different from organophosphorous compounds,
carbamates, and pyrethroids.
It inhibits acetylcholine
receptors.
